    BACK ORDERS AND RETURNS
    Back orders

    Personal Orders:
    You may back order unavailable items over USD 50.00 (per item or multiples of the same item). You will not be charged for back orders until they are shipped.

    Retail Store and Community Wholesale Orders:
    You may back order items which are out-of-stock and on reorder. Each item must be USD 75.00 wholesale, or a multiple of the same item must total USD 75.00 wholesale.

    Consignment Orders:
    We are unable to accept back orders for consignment sales.

    Returns

    You may return any handcraft within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied. Due to the uniqueness of each handmade item, we are not able to offer an exchange unless it is for a specific clothing size. Please contact Customer Service before returning an item and use the Return Form which came in your order. We recommend you insure your returns.

    You may request a replacement or refund for any item except tea* within 30 days of receipt if it is damaged or defective. We will be happy to replace any damaged item at no charge to you or credit your account. We will refund return shipping on defective items or items packed in error only if we have requested that they be returned to us. Please use the Return Form.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    We will ship your order (if available) within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment. Each item is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via FedEx, DHL or China Postal Service. Danyun cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carrier, incorrect address, customs, or weather.

    If you do not receive your order within 30 days please contact Customer Service at +86 871 6315 9299 or order@danyunfairtrade.com We cannot offer credit for orders not received after 30 days, if we have shipped and tracking information shows delivery has been made. Please consider the security of your delivery location and the shipment method you select when placing your order. The email address provided at the time of order will be used to provide an email tracking notification. Neither Danyun nor our third party shipping companies can be responsible for stolen packages.

    We ship to all countries inclusive China by China Postal Service. If you want faster shipment through FedEx or DHL there will be an additional charge. See Shipping Chart.
